How Our Concierge Service Works

Interested in our Concierge Service? Simply fill out the form below and we will get in contact with you shortly. We only work with a handful of families each month (to ensure excellent customer service) so please don’t delay!

STEP #2

discuss with us what you are looking for

After filling out the form below, we will schedule a time to interview your family about what you are looking for. This is a great time for us to answer any questions you might have and ensure that this service is the right fit for your needs.

STEP #3

The search begins

If you feel that our Concierge Service will work for your family, we will begin an intensive search immediately. We manage a 11,000 member community of childcare providers and in conjunction with the proprietary software we have developed, can start identifying potential candidates in a matter of minutes.

STEP #4

we begin presenting candidates to you

As we begin identifying candidates that might be a good fit, we present our top matches to your family. We promise to begin introducing you to candidates within two to four weeks but usually, begin introductions within just a few days of starting our search.

STEP #5

Due diligence

Think one of the candidates we’ve presented is what you are looking for? Great! At this point, we will complete our due diligence which includes a detailed interview, verification of a minimum of three childcare references, confirmation that the candidate has up to date First Aid/CPR certification, and a detailed Premium Plus background check report. Want to see more candidates? No problem. We will continue to send candidates along to you until a good match is made.

STEP #6

offer letter and contract

If everything checks out during the due diligence phase and your family decides to hire the candidate, we will work with you to draft an offer letter. When the candidate accepts the offer letter, we will then send over an employment contract for your family to use when working with your care provider. Fill out the contract and hire your care provider. Congratulations!

STEP #7

follow up

After you begin working with your care provider, we will check in with you at least monthly to ensure everything is going smoothly and help answer any questions you might have.

Don’t forget!

We offer a 60 day replacement guarantee for the care provider you hire. If things aren’t working out between your family and the provider you hired, just let us know and we will begin searching for additional candidates immediately at no additional cost.

By signing up for our Concierge Service, you will have access to our Last Minute Care System (if you need help finding backup care for when your provider is out sick or on vacation).

How much does the Concierge Service cost?

We charge a registration fee of $500.00 to begin working with your family. Once we place a nanny with your family, we charge a placement fee of $2,499.00. Most other nanny agencies charge between $5,000.00 – $15,000.00 for this same service.

Are there any other costs involved? Do I have to pay for the background check?

Nope! There are no other costs or fees involved with our Concierge Service. The price you see is the price you pay.

What is your success rate for matching families with care providers through the Concierge Service?

Currently, we have a 98% success rate in matching families with care providers.

If your team is unable to find the right nanny for my family, do I still have to pay the placement fee?

No. If we are unable to find an amazing provider for your family (which rarely happens), you do not pay the placement fee.

I’ve noticed that you operate Facebook communities. Do you only use that community to source nanny candidates?

No, when we are working with your family through our Concierge Service, we use a variety of resources to find the best match for your child care needs. While this may include our Facebook communities, we also utilize an extensive database of childcare providers that we have built over the past eight years along with other proprietary sources to find care provider candidates.

How do I handle paying my care provider? How do I withhold taxes? Can you help?

Not to worry. We offer a Payroll Service where our team takes care of all payroll related tasks for you. This is a very popular option as the cost starts at $59/month. For those families who would like to handle payroll processing themselves, check out our YouTube channel which have a tremendous amount of information about how to pay your provider correctly.

My child has special needs and I am looking for a care provider with a unique skill-set. Can I still use the Concierge Service?

Of course! In fact depending on the skill-set you are looking for, the Concierge Service might be the best way to find that unique care provider as we can quickly search through thousands of care provider candidates in our region.

I don’t live in the Los Angeles area but would like to use the Concierge Service. Is that possible?
